As a dedicated mental health therapist, I am here to guide and support you on your journey to emotional well-being. I am a professionally trained and qualified psychodynamic therapist with extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.​
Born and raised in Mumbai, India, I bring a rich cultural perspective to my practice. I have pursued my education and professional development in the USA and UK, where I have met and worked with a wide variety of individuals.

Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology
Diploma in Integrative Counselling
Masters in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy
Registered member of the BACP

Current Role:
Currently, I serve as a wellbeing advisor at Together for Mental Wellbeing, specifically catering to the Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic community. My role involves offering culturally sensitive support and understanding the unique challenges faced by these communities.
Experience:
With counseling placements in the NHS and children's schools, I have a well-rounded experience of delivering therapy to people ranging from ages 12 to 70. My practice is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve their mental health goals.

As a psychodynamic therapist, I focus on understanding the unconscious processes influencing your behavior and emotions. By exploring past experiences and their impact on your present life, we can work together to uncover and address deep-seated issues.

Psychodynamic therapy is a therapeutic process that can help you understand and resolve your problems by increasing awareness of your inner world and its influences over relationships, in the past and the present. In this process, you can also gain an understanding of your triggers and behavioral patterns, which often, are deeply rooted in the past.
